3. Packaging & Handling (Crucial for Wallpaper)

• All wallpaper is shipped in heavy-duty, protective wrap to prevent crushing.
• Large orders (20+ panels) may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safety.

4. Tracking & Confirmation

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Damages

• Important: Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the shipping tube is crushed, torn, or damaged, please take photos before opening it.
